Graphic Designer

About the role

We are an award‑winning creative innovation company seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will work on digital campaigns for high‑profile clients, turning briefs into compelling visual stories while collaborating closely with project managers, team leaders, and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create key visuals for digital campaigns based on client briefs and provided assets.
• Lead the creative development of assets, offering direction and constructive feedback.
• Adapt aesthetics across multiple formats, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Present designs in English, justify creative decisions, and articulate vision to internal teams and clients.
• Verify that all materials meet client specifications and our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Team Leader, and Design team while taking ownership of results.
• Identify opportunities for process and design improvements, fostering continuous learning.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented designer with a strong passion for visual storytelling.
• Leadership mindset capable of guiding peers and supporting a positive team environment.
• Experience across the full design process—from concept to final delivery in various media.
• Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable presenting to international clients.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and thrive in collaborative settings.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems, and handoff.
