About the role

The company is looking for a Service Manager to lead post‑sale activities for agricultural and road machinery. The position is aimed at recent engineering graduates or advanced students who want to grow in a professional, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage productivity, quality, profitability and customer‑satisfaction indicators.
• Design and implement improvements in processes, tools and work methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical or related).
• Experience in maintenance, technical service, operations or workshop management of agricultural or road machinery (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of management indicators, planning and cost control.
• Proficiency with computer tools and management systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Dolores and travel nationally and internationally.
