Technical Specialist I – Certification & Auditing

About the role

The Technical Specialist I supports SCS Global Services’ certification and verification programs by conducting field and desk audits, reviewing documentation, and assisting in the development of program materials. This position builds foundational technical expertise while contributing to continuous improvement and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and desk audits in line with assigned standards, including data checks, inventory reviews, and data‑management system evaluations.
• Prepare clear audit reports under supervision and communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
• Support risk assessments, verification plans, and the maintenance of competency and training records.
• Participate in accreditation activities and stay current on standards and program updates.
• Assist clients with onboarding, data collection, and audit preparation, ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
