About the role

This position is a key driver of financial planning, result analysis and strategic decision support for a large multinational services company. The role requires strong analytical abilities, business insight and leadership to blend strategic thinking with execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and business forecasting processes.
• Coordinate and supervise monthly closings and result analysis.
• Prepare management reports and performance indicators for senior leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor costs, investments and core performance variables.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of financial information for decision‑making.
• Participate in process‑improvement, internal‑control and management‑optimization projects.
• Manage relationships with auditors, external advisors and corporate functions.
• Act as the financial reference for all business units, promoting an integrated view of the organization.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in management control, financial planning, budgeting and business analysis.
• Experience leading closing processes, reporting and KPI development.
• Proficiency with ERP tools and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Post‑graduate or specialized training in finance, management or business is a plus.
