Full Stack Laravel + React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building robust back‑end services with Laravel and delivering modern front‑end experiences with React.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel 8+ applications, including Eloquent models, authentication, and query builder logic.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with React front‑ends using Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate client goals into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of feature delivery, estimates, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (version 8 or newer).
• Strong understanding of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in front‑end development using React (or Vue.js/Laravel Livewire) and familiarity with Inertia.js.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and ability to align with client objectives.
