Key responsibilities

• Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables according to food safety procedures.
• Peel, cut, and process produce to meet daily production needs.
• Prepare fruit juices and vegetable blends.
• Assist in the portioning, packaging, and labeling of cheeses and cold cuts.
• Receive and store raw materials, verifying quality and storage conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Complete required quality records and controls.

• Physical stamina for standing and handling produce for extended periods.
