About the role

Join GCG, a leading provider of airport and airline catering solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America, as a Fruit & Vegetable Operative. You will work on the production floor from 11:00 to 19:00, handling high‑volume fresh produce and supporting the overall food service operation.

Key responsibilities

• Peel, wash and prepare a variety of fruits and vegetables.
• Receive incoming produce shipments and verify quantities.
• Process vegetables for downstream use, including cutting and packaging.
• Slice cold cuts and cheeses (feteo) as required.
• Package ice and assist with other cold‑storage tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Required profile

• Dynamic and physically capable of performing manual, strength‑based tasks.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of merchandise.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
• Good customer service mindset and ability to respond quickly to requests.
