Freelance Recruiter – Earn up to $1,000 per hire

About the role

Strider is looking for independent recruiters across Latin America to join its Freelance Recruiter Network. You will promote open tech positions, guide candidates through our platform, and earn commissions for successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Strider’s open developer positions to your personal and professional network.
• Assist candidates in completing their profiles and submitting applications via the Strider platform.
• Share a unique referral link and track sign‑ups, hires, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Strider’s support team and participate in the exclusive recruiter community.

Required profile

• Independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer.
• Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, or Uruguay.
• Familiarity with the software engineering market (experience recruiting developers is a plus).
• Organized, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
