About the role

Join Toloka as a freelance AI Trainer and Data Annotator, helping artificial intelligence understand the world through high‑quality labeling tasks. Work remotely on project‑based assignments that involve reviewing text, images, or video content and providing accurate annotations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and label provided data (text, images, or videos) according to detailed project guidelines.
• Identify and flag content that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.
• Rate AI‑generated outputs, evaluate factual accuracy, and compare alternative responses when required.
• Participate in multiple projects over time, depending on profile and project availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience in any role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking, and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Good communication skills and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
