Fixed Income Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will review AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world financial scenarios to test model reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and logical consistency.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Collaborate remotely with the AI development team to prioritize improvements.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
