Finance and Reporting Team Leader

About the role

As a Finance and Reporting Team Leader you will coordinate and lead the GL & Reporting team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting. You will guarantee compliance with IFRS, corporate guidelines and internal controls while driving continuous improvement and supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Accounting and Reporting team.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual closings are completed within corporate deadlines.
• Review and validate journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Coordinate financial audits and prepare financial statements.
• Drive process improvements, automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Lead team training, development and engagement activities.
• Maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within multinational environments.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating audits.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
