About the role

We are looking for an IT Support and Infrastructure Specialist to manage, maintain, and improve our technology environment. The role combines daily operational support with projects aimed at innovation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support for hardware, software, network, and corporate systems.
• Administer and maintain servers, networks, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and related services.
• Install, configure, and update equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage user access, permissions, and enforce security policies.
• Support internal software developments and third‑party applications.
• Participate in modernization, automation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Execute preventive and corrective actions to reduce operational risk.
• Contribute to cybersecurity, backup, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity activities.
• Produce technical documentation, procedures, manuals, and management reports.
• Train and assist users to promote best practices and efficient use of technology.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in Computer Engineering, Systems, Informatics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay updated on emerging technologies.
