About the role

Willinn is seeking a Cloud Support Specialist Level 2 to join its growing IT services team. The professional will provide second‑level support for VMware‑based cloud environments, ensuring service continuity and contributing to platform stability for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 cloud tickets and incidents, maintaining service uptime.
• Proactively administer and monitor cloud infrastructure and resources.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Configure solutions and execute technical migrations for new customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, inventories, and ticket records.
• Collaborate with the team on cloud‑related projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud engineering, administration, or support.
• At least 2 years managing VMware tools and environments.
• Graduated or advanced student in Computer Science, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work in dynamic settings.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is a plus.

Required skills

• VMware administration (certifications such as VCP preferred).
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Terraform, Ansible.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins.
• Backup and recovery: Veeam.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
