About the role
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager you will act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for Teramind’s largest customers across Latin America. You will ensure they achieve maximum value from our AI‑driven cybersecurity platform, driving adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as the primary post‑sale contact.
- Lead onboarding, adoption, training and strategic reviews to demonstrate ROI.
- Own renewal processes, monitor health metrics, mitigate risks and maintain high satisfaction.
- Advocate for customers internally, collaborating with Product, Support and Sales to resolve issues and influence roadmaps.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and partner with Account Managers to expand accounts.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B Customer Success experience with a proven record of driving adoption, retention and expansion.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management and subscription renewals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to dive into technical product details.
