Engineer I – Project

About the role

Integer is seeking an entry‑level Engineer I – Project to apply general engineering methods and tools. Working under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will help meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations while adhering to the company’s values and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to modify existing products and processes.
• Review engineering procedures and plans before implementation.
• Evaluate products, processes, and materials for failure analysis and potential improvements.
• Participate in moderate‑complexity projects that develop, document, and implement new product and process technologies.
• Follow Integer’s quality management and production system methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply data analysis practices to establish root‑cause for product or process failures.
• Observe products and processes to detect discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career engineer willing to work under supervision.
• Commitment to safety, environmental, security, and quality standards, including FDA regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to document work clearly and follow established procedures.
