About the role

The client is a leading logistics solutions provider seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate, supervise and optimise daily operations of a multi‑client distribution centre. The role focuses on order preparation, dispatch, and the administrative management of the facility while ensuring service quality, safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise and lead a team of warehouse operators.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to assign tasks, correct pallet placement, and maintain order and cleanliness.
• Monitor inbound goods, validate documentation, and audit outbound shipments for proper handling, traceability and packaging.
• Plan and optimise loading/unloading shifts using scheduling platforms.
• Track pending orders, respond promptly to client emails, and maintain professional client relations.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma); higher education is a plus but not mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in supervisory or coordination roles within warehouses or multi‑client distribution centres.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of warehouse management systems (WMS, WIS or SAP).
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with Office tools for operational data analysis.
