Employee Experience Analyst

About the role

The Employee Experience Analyst supports the delivery of customer employee survey programs by building and configuring surveys, generating reports, and preparing customer‑ready deliverables. Working closely with consultants and program managers, the analyst translates quantitative and qualitative results into clear visual presentations and supports impact analysis aligned with Perceptyx standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to configure surveys, set up items, benchmarks, and trend structures.
• Export, clean, and structure quantitative data in Excel to create charts, tables, and executive‑ready PowerPoint visuals.
• Draft slide content and visuals that support consultant‑led storylines for executive presentations.
• Organise and summarise verbatim feedback, identifying key themes and representative comments.
• Perform rigorous quality‑assurance checks on survey configurations, reporting outputs, and final deliverables.
• Prepare inputs and visuals that link employee experience insights to outcomes such as engagement, retention, and business metrics.
• Manage multiple deadlines, maintain organized project files, and use approved AI tools to streamline drafting and analysis.
• Attend customer meetings as needed to take notes, support follow‑ups, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a research or data‑related role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using quantitative data to create charts and qualitative data to summarise sentiment.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and organisational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering accurate, customer‑ready results.
• Effective, diplomatic communication skills at all organisational levels.
