ECM Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are expanding our AI Assistant platform to serve finance professionals. As an ECM Analyst – AI Trainer, you will use your finance expertise to evaluate and improve AI chatbot responses, ensuring they reflect accurate financial reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world finance scenarios to test model reasoning.
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, performance, and logical consistency.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or substantial professional finance experience.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
