Director of ECM – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI‑generated answers, test the models with complex real‑world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve their reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify the logic and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge the models with edge‑case scenarios to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback for each model iteration.
• Deliver diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred, but solid professional finance experience is acceptable.
• Independent contractor comfortable working remotely.
