About the role
GFI Software is seeking a Director of Channel Sales to lead its partner ecosystem remotely. The role focuses on leveraging AI‑driven analytics and automation to identify, nurture, and expand high‑impact channel relationships that accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing partner relationships using AI‑enhanced communication analytics to personalize engagement and forecast partner needs.
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships through AI‑powered market intelligence, analytics‑based targeting, and automated outreach tools.
- Monitor partner performance with AI‑driven dashboards, providing real‑time visibility and predictive insights to leadership.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to shape expansion strategies and drive measurable results.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales leadership (manager or director level).
- Proven ability to work autonomously in an unstructured environment and make data‑informed strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of integrating human judgment with AI‑generated insights to drive partner success.
