Direct Finance Analyst (fixed-term project-based)

About the role

The Direct Finance Analyst will manage a portfolio of raw material and packaging within the Purchase to Pay Services Americas area, ensuring material supply and supporting stakeholders across the P2P chain.

Key responsibilities

• Process documents in SAP, perform FRC controls and prevent duplicate payments.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries within defined parameters.
• Act as point of contact for internal business partners in the Americas region.
• Identify training opportunities and provide solutions to internal customers.
• Monitor on‑time payment KPIs and drive efficiency improvements across the P2P chain.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
