Delivery Operations Analyst

About the role

dLocal is looking for a Delivery Operations Analyst to join its Delivery Operations team. The role ensures that delivery data, checklists, trackers, and reporting are accurate and up‑to‑date, enabling the team to make informed decisions and scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Go‑Live checklist trackers and related lists with correct statuses, owners, and due dates.
• Update operational views and tools with deal status, checklist completion, and handover milestones.
• Perform regular quality checks on datasets and documentation, flagging missing or inconsistent information.
• Log and track data issues, working with the Insights & Knowledge function to drive resolution.
• Support Delivery Ops projects by creating and updating checklists, templates, SOPs, and project logs.
• Coordinate small workstreams, send reminders, capture notes, and organize key meetings.
• Maintain shared Delivery Ops folders and ensure documentation is easy to find and current.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep multiple trackers accurate.
• Proactive communication skills to follow up with owners and resolve data gaps.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams such as Delivery Solutions, Implementation, and Process & Governance.
