Croatian‑Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a Croatian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely for a client in the vacation‑rental sector. This pre‑sales position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and passing warm prospects to sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vacation‑rental homeowners to introduce the client’s service.
• Assess interest and pre‑qualify leads according to defined criteria.
• Build rapport, answer initial questions, and handle objections.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Manage call follow‑ups and handovers efficiently.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2 level) with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation (preferred).
• Confidence handling objections and engaging prospects by phone.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and lead databases.
• Proficiency using Windows 11 or macOS 14+ operating systems.
• Stable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred).
• Use of a wired USB headset for calls.
