Credit Research Analyst & AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. In this remote, contract position you will use your expertise in credit research, financial modeling, and data analysis to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the logic and correctness of AI outputs using real‑world financial scenarios.
• Challenge models with edge‑case situations to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s/PhD is a plus but not mandatory.
