Creative Production Designer – EMEA Marketing Support (Remote)

About the role

Align Technology is looking for a Creative Production Designer to support the EMEA Marketing team with day‑to‑day design production and operational tasks. This remote contract position focuses on executing high‑quality digital and print assets from existing brand guidelines and templates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt design assets for digital and print formats based on marketing requests.
• Support formatting, layout, resizing, mockups, versioning and preparation of presentation assets.
• Apply Align brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Maintain organized files and efficient workflows across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Assist with simple video editing or motion asset updates as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in graphic/production/marketing design or creative production support.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency and ability to meet fast‑paced deadlines.
• Comfortable working from existing templates, brand guidelines and stakeholder briefs.
• Ability to receive, interpret and apply feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project‑management tools such as Asana.
• Basic video editing or light motion‑graphics skills (optional).
