Costing Analyst – North America

About the role

Syngenta is looking for a Costing Analyst to support its North America operations. The role will handle intercompany purchase price variance, costing, and budgeting for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own North America intercompany purchase price variance (PPV) and support monthly reporting for 3rd‑party PPV and primary distribution.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly COGS variance meetings and daily costing for Canada and US local purchases.
• Generate intercompany invoices, cycle‑count reports, and Canada freight postings.
• Support ad‑hoc requests from P&S Finance stakeholders and assist internal/external audit and compliance processes.
• Assist in the preparation of Canada costing budget and US financial budget, as well as year‑end activities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or procurement & supply finance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and teamwork orientation.
