Corporate Entertainment and Leisure Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Entertainment and Leisure Specialist provides premium travel consulting for corporate entertainment and leisure clients, supporting a high‑volume Principal Advisor. The role requires expertise in Sabre, exceptional client service, and the ability to manage complex, high‑touch itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Email, download and compile hotel information, proposals, offers and client records.
• Prepare commission reports, memos, rooming lists, contracts, riders, spreadsheets and other documents.
• Research and execute luxury leisure bookings, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining and concierge services.
• Suggest travel destination options, fares, routing, hotels, customs and logistical details.
• Book and manage domestic and international air, hotel, car rental and ground transportation using Sabre GDS.
• Maintain ownership of each client record until departure, ensuring satisfaction.
• Issue, exchange, void and refund tickets and MCOs; create accurate invoices via Sabre and Agent Portal.
• Build strong relationships as a trusted travel advisor and promote preferred vendors and value‑added services.
• Review reservations for accuracy, resolve travel‑related problems and keep client profiles up to date in the CRM.
• Manage deposits, final payments and required travel documents.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of luxury leisure and corporate travel experience.
• Minimum three years of Sabre GDS experience.
• Willingness to learn the AXUS digital itinerary platform.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and experience with high‑end travelers.
