Corporate Development Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and improve AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will evaluate AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to make the models smarter and more reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems to test AI reasoning.
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and performance.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model updates.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional finance experience.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
