About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join the Change Management team of a process transformation and system implementation project. The professional will work directly with the client organization’s areas and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in the project’s Change Management team.
• Develop deliverables covering change strategy and vision, communication plans, training programs, organizational impact analysis, stakeholder management, team development, leadership, and sustainability.
• Interact with client personnel and departments as required by the project.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Communication, Human Management or related fields.
• Post‑graduate specialization or certification in Change Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Change Management for system implementations in large organizations.
• Experience in the public sector is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (essential).
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (valued).
• Familiarity with e‑learning or training platforms (valued).
