Collections Officer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts for US‑based customers while working remotely from any LATAM location. The ideal candidate is persistent yet professional, with strong English communication skills and a proven track record in collections.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle customer objections and payment delays with professionalism.
• Consistently follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate records.
• Work toward daily and weekly collections targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Demonstrated collections experience.
• Experience dealing with US customers or accounts is strongly preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound calls.
• Clear, direct, and concise communicator who is firm, persistent, and accountable.
• Motivated by targets and performance metrics.
