About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our cold kitchen team in Paso Carrasco. The role focuses on preparing a variety of cold food items such as sandwiches, salads, empanadas, and packed meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble cold food products including sandwiches, salads, empanadas, and other ready‑to‑eat items.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and accurately record temperature logs.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow sanitation procedures.
- Work the shift from 14:00 to 22:00, including weekends.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cold‑kitchen preparation is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
