Client Partner – Inside Sales

About the role

As a Client Partner – Inside Sales for Small & Medium Business, you will be responsible for growing and retaining Sportradar’s portfolio of SMB clients. You will manage a diverse set of accounts, build trusted relationships, and drive revenue through renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own and actively develop a portfolio of 50+ SMB clients.
• Maintain regular, proactive engagement via phone, video, email and in‑person meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
• Lead renewal discussions and implement measures to reduce churn.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using structured account planning.
• Provide timely, commercially sound solutions to customer enquiries.
• Keep accurate records of activities, opportunities and next steps in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of Sportradar’s sales processes for the SMB segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Sports Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
