Chief Financial Officer – AI Trainer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to work as an independent contractor, helping to train and evaluate AI assistants that support finance teams. You will apply your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world financial scenarios to test model reasoning.
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to prioritize edge‑case testing.

Required profile

• Fluent English with bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience in finance.
