Buy-Side Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance teams. In this remote contractor position you will evaluate AI chatbot answers, measure their progress, and solve problems to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to questions on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their logic.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps each new version become smarter and more reliable.
• Generate diverse and difficult problems for AI chatbots and assess their performance for correctness and reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
