Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team of KFC Uruguay. Based in Montevideo, you will play a key role in shaping, evolving and executing the brand strategy, working closely with agencies, regional teams and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major brand initiatives, including promotions, product launches, campaigns and commercial calendars.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Management, creative agencies and regional teams to ensure consistent implementation across all channels.
• Manage the brand calendar, social‑media content schedule, copy and creative assets.
• Develop briefs, review creative proposals and oversee production of always‑on content.
• Analyze product portfolio and pricing to identify new combo opportunities and optimise average ticket.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track campaign performance, budget spend and generate learnings for future initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Training, Finance, IT and Digital Channels to turn marketing plans into reality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing or advertising.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience planning and executing brand calendars, promotions and campaigns.
• Hands‑on knowledge of social‑media platforms and digital content.
• Experience working with creative or media agencies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
