Analista de Marketing Digital B2B

About the role

Synexa is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst focused on B2B to join the Content team. The role will translate business guidelines into concrete digital marketing actions, strengthening the company’s market presence and generating new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B‑focused digital marketing actions.
• Manage and enhance Synexa’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Plan and maintain the publication calendar in collaboration with Content and Design teams.
• Design and launch digital campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Track generated leads and support the implementation of tools for lead management and measurement.
• Analyze metrics and results, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Propose new initiatives and channels to support digital strategy growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in similar digital marketing roles.
• Studies in Visual Communication, Marketing or related fields (students accepted).
• Experience or knowledge of the B2B commercial environment.
• Commercial mindset with results orientation.
• Autonomous, proactive, organized and capable of proposing ideas.
• Preferably experience in services, education, technology, consulting or other B2B sectors.
