Bilingual English/Spanish Vehicle Inspector – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish professional to join our remote team as a Vehicle Inspector and Customer Support Representative. You will conduct live vehicle inspections for rideshare drivers via video chat, ensuring compliance with safety standards while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate scheduled video calls with drivers and keep the camera on throughout the inspection.
• Verify driver identity and guide them to position their phone or camera to show required vehicle parts.
• Inspect exterior and interior components (tires, lights, mirrors, seat belts, horn, etc.) and assess compliance.
• Communicate pass/fail results and brief explanations to drivers.
• Record inspection outcomes (Pass, Fail, No‑Show) promptly in the internal system.
• Answer basic inspection questions or redirect to the appropriate team when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish at C1 level (both speaking and writing).
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and solve problems quickly.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home.
• Must have a computer, smartphone and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
