About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough, pastries, and breads according to established recipes.
• Operate bakery machinery such as dough sheeters and industrial ovens.
• Monitor fermentation and lamination processes to ensure product consistency.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary and airport‑dining teams to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bakery or formal bakery training.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural setting.
• Willingness to follow detailed procedures and quality guidelines.

Required skills

• Operation of dough sheeter (sobadora amasadora).
• Use of industrial ovens.
• Knowledge of fermentation techniques.
• Understanding of dough lamination processes.
