About the role

The Payroll Assistant will support the daily payroll operation, assist employees with queries, and perform administrative tasks while acting as an operational backup for the payroll analyst.

Key responsibilities

Receive, organize and follow up on payroll updates and changes.
Attend to and route employee inquiries related to payroll.
Assist in preparing, loading and performing basic validation of payroll data.
Manage receipts, documents, files and administrative controls.
Support pre‑ and post‑payroll closing activities.
Provide operational backup during analyst’s leave, breaks or absences.

Required profile

Student or technical graduate in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields.
Basic experience in administrative processes, payroll or employee assistance.
Strong organization, attention to detail, service orientation and confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and grow in a junior position.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
