About the role

Passcard, a financial services company with over 20 years in the market, is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join its Administration and Finance team. The role supports daily financial operations, focusing on merchant payments, reconciliations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payments to merchants linked to credit‑card operations.
• Assist in resolving complaints from clients and merchants.
• Participate in accounting processes and administrative controls.
• Perform registration, reconciliation and monitoring of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Student of Administration, Accounting or a related field (minimum second‑year completed).
• Previous experience not mandatory but valued, especially in administrative or accounting tasks or at an accounting firm.
• Organized, responsible, reliable and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
