Automation & AI Solutions Intern

About the role

Join the Sales Operations Commercial Automation team as an Automation & AI Solutions Intern. You will work hands‑on with multiple functions to design AI‑powered tools, automate workflows, and create dynamic dashboards that improve commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and integrating AI‑based automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
• Support the creation of interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Looker.
• Automate data collection and reporting to enhance visibility and decision‑making.
• Contribute to improving internal search capabilities for faster knowledge retrieval.
• Participate in team meetings and help with branding and communication projects.
• Collaborate with technical leads and cross‑functional teams on various automation use cases.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Python scripting (basic knowledge).
• Experience or familiarity with BI tools: Qlik, Tableau, Looker.
• Knowledge of AI platforms: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Exposure to enterprise workflow tools such as ServiceNow.
