Associate Customer Operations Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Deel is looking for an Associate Customer Operations Manager who is fluent in French to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role you will nurture long‑term relationships, advise customers on operational and product matters, and help expand revenue through strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain genuine, durable relationships with French‑speaking clients.
• Provide strategic advice on operational processes and product usage.
• Identify and convert relationship opportunities into long‑term revenue growth.
• Champion new Deel products and capabilities to support client expansion.
• Analyze client data to uncover insights and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

• Strong communication skills in French and English.
