About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in recruitment and selection, supporting a major client project until March 2027. You will work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, on‑site in the Punta Carretas area of Montevideo.

Key responsibilities

Pre‑screen candidate CVs to create shortlists.
Conduct reference checks and gather additional candidate information.
Assist the hiring evaluator throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.

Required profile

Advanced student or recent graduate in Psychology or Labor Relations.
Proactive attitude and comfort with new challenges.
Basic experience in a similar internship or short‑term role (optional, ~3 months).

Required skills

Good command of standard computer tools.
