Asistente Comercial para Nuevos Negocios

About the role

BQN, a Uruguayan technology group that includes Baqueano, Banquinet, and new partnerships with Odoo and SUNMI, is looking for a Commercial Assistant to support the General Manager in expanding three business lines: SUNMI hardware, Odoo implementation services, and international growth of Baqueano.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new SUNMI hardware customers in Uruguay.
• Manage the commercial relationship with the SUNMI partner, including orders, samples, documentation, and training.
• Identify, quote, and assist in closing Odoo implementation projects.
• Participate in Odoo project implementation and coordinate with the Odoo partner on training roadmaps, specializations, updates, and support.
• Support the development of Baqueano representatives and commercial alliances in new regional markets.
• Define and execute joint commercial plans with the General Manager.
• Prepare commercial materials such as quotations and presentations.
• Create marketing content for Odoo and SUNMI.
• Report progress and results to the General Manager.

Required profile

• Studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields (student or short‑course graduate acceptable).
• At least 2 years of B2B commercial experience (sales, marketing or business development).
• Junior to semi‑senior level with strong motivation to grow quickly.
• Willingness to travel within Uruguay and occasionally to other countries in the region.
• Autonomous, curious and comfortable working on new business lines.
• Preferred experience in hardware or software sales and familiarity with CRM tools.

Required skills

• Odoo platform knowledge.
• SUNMI hardware product familiarity.
• CRM usage.
