Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive commercial growth across the region, aligning sales strategies with market trends and operational capabilities. This role combines leadership of sales teams with close coordination of logistics and traffic functions to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor regional sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Oversee logistics, traffic, and operational support to guarantee service quality and equipment availability.
• Participate actively in client negotiations to secure and expand cargo volumes.
• Analyze regional operations and commercial results to identify efficiency, cost‑optimization, and revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and reliable information flow to regional and global stakeholders.
• Support senior management with market analysis, presentations, and commercial initiatives that enhance brand positioning.
• Promote the use of CRM tools to track performance, opportunities, and customer engagement.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and translate them into sustainable improvements for fleet utilization, service levels, and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in shipping, logistics or transportation, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial mindset with solid operational understanding.
• Effective negotiation, relationship‑building abilities and results‑driven, analytical approach.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English, high integrity, accountability and reliability.
