Analista de Performance – Marketing Digital

About the role

Médicos Sin Fronteras – MSF LAT is seeking a Performance Analyst to join its Digital Direction. The analyst will design, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to support regional fundraising, awareness and recruitment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns, ad groups, ads and audience segments on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing and adjust bids to maximise ROI.
• Produce regular reports on reach, conversion and cost‑per‑action for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Content, Metrics and Innovation teams located in Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Bogotá.
• Support the Digital Campaign Coordinator in strategic planning and budget allocation.

Required profile

• Experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a multi‑country or non‑profit environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.
