Analista de Inteligencia Comercial - Empresas

About the role

As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst focused on the SME segment, you will help shape the bank’s strategy by turning market data into actionable insights. You will work closely with product, risk, distribution and digital teams to design offerings that meet the needs of small and medium‑size enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze SME behavior, needs and trends to identify business opportunities and generate strategic insights.
• Participate in the design and evolution of products, services and customer experiences for SMEs.
• Support commercial planning, campaign development, acquisition, loyalty and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Provide strategic support through analysis, dashboards, business cases and proposals.
• Monitor market dynamics, competition, regulation and trends to recommend positioning improvements.
• Contribute to the design of end‑to‑end processes, journeys and experiences that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technology, marketing and digital teams to promote adoption of solutions for SME clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar analytical or commercial intelligence role.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum FCE level).
• Post‑graduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is valued.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation models and commercial proposal design.
