AIT Engineer - Electronics Engineer

About the role

Satellogic is seeking an AIT Engineer to join its high‑complexity manufacturing team. You will translate engineering requirements into physical, integrated, validated, and operational satellite solutions, working across the full manufacturing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead physical and electrical integration of electronic subsystems (V&V).
• Support planning, definition, and execution of environmental and functional testing campaigns.
• Perform fault‑finding, root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with R&D to implement solutions on the shop floor.
• Generate test reports, document Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), and participate in Engineering Change Control to ensure hardware traceability.
• Act as the technical bridge between design and production, ensuring rapid, repeatable manufacturing.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with methodical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on experience in a technical laboratory or cleanroom environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage detailed documentation.
• Familiarity with satellite or high‑complexity electronics manufacturing processes.
