Airline Inventory Specialist – Data & Service Liaison

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Airline Inventory Specialist to join our international team. In this role you will ensure the accuracy of flight schedules and availability, act as a liaison with our service desk, and support the onboarding of new airline partners.

Key responsibilities

• Update flight schedules and availability in our hosting system with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with the Hahnair Service Desk to address special booking requests and service inquiries.
• Process the error queue and resolve new error messages to keep critical systems stable.
• Monitor flight schedule displays in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and report inconsistencies.
• Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new airline customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in the airline or tourism sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hosting environments, especially managing flight schedules.
• Practical experience with at least one major GDS (ideally Amadeus) and willingness to learn additional GDS platforms.
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, problem‑solving, and independent work habits.
• Business‑fluent in English and Spanish.
