AI Trainer – Retail Banking Product Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist retail banking product managers. You will review model outputs, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI responses using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA+) or substantial real‑world finance experience; Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
